Electrical Hardware Engineer (m/w/d) für den Bereich Paket Automation

  • Innerhalb unserer internationalen Projekte verantworten sie das Hardware-Engineering als fachlicher Teamlead. Hierbei erstellen sie kundenspezifische Lösungen auf Basis unserer Standardbibliothek und bewährten Konzepten und stellen die Anwendung unserer Standars und Tool Chain sicher
  • Während der Designphase stimmen Sie sich für die Hardware-Konzepte unserer Paketförderanlagen und Standardkonzepte mit den Kunden / dem Teilprojektleiter ab
  • Sie ermitteln den Energiebedarf inkl. Kompensation, definieren Erdungs- und E-Montageanforderungen und klären Schnittstellen unter Berücksichtigung vorhandener Engineering Standards
  • Sie erstellen für unsere Anlage Failsafe Konzepte und Risikobewertungen
  • Für die Elektrokonstruktion der Schaltschränke erstellen Sie die projektspezifischen Anforderungen an die Ausführungsunterlagen
  • Sie erstellen Spezifikationen für die Festlegung von Schnittstellen zu Dritten sowie zur Vergabe von E-Montage / Werkstattleistungen und Überwachen durch Kontrolle deren Ausführung
  • Innerhalb unserer internationalen Projekte verantworten sie das Hardware Engineering als fachlicher Sie betreuen unsere Standardbibliothek und Tool Chain und coachen mit ihrem Fachwissen die Kollegen in unseren internationalen Standorten
  • Mit Ihrem Fachwissen unterstützen Sie die Angebotsprojektleiter bei der Kalkulation von Angeboten

  • Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar, alternativ verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Meister mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Montageplanung für Fördertechnik- und Logistik-Anlagen oder Automatisierungsanlagen
  • Sie kennen die anzuwendenden einschlägigen Ausführungsrichtlinien und Normen, haben gute Kenntnisse zum SIMATIC Hardware Produktspektrum und haben langjährige Erfahrung in der Berechnung von Energiebilanz, Netzqualität und Erdung
  • Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in den Anwendungsprogrammen EPLAN P8, AutoCAD und SAP R3 mit
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen als fachlicher Teamleiter (m/w/d) bzw. als Electrical Lead Ingenieur für den Bereich Elektrotechnik Hardware Engineering
  • Sie haben kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie sind bereit zu unseren Projekten vor Ort zum Kunden oder On-Site zur Anlage zu reisen, Reisetätigkeit ca. 10-20%
