Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.
Die Organisationseinheit CS Collaboration (CDI) ist verantwortlich für Projekte und Vorhaben der BWI für das Cluster "Collaboration & Digital Administration, Information Management (CDI)" der Bundeswehr. Die CS Collaboration hat das Ziel, Collaboration und Groupware-Technologien für die Bundeswehr zu planen und in den Betrieb zu bringen. Bisher wurden im Schwerpunkt die Projekte LI13 (NuKomBw 2.0) und LI14 (VCSBw Höher VS-NfD) im CU-Bereich Collaboration bearbeitet.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche Steuerung der Plan, Build und Run Phasen von übergreifenden IT und Service Lösungen (Solutions) zur digitalen Kooperation und Verwaltung
- Verantwortung von interdisziplinärer Themenstellungen, Aufgaben und Zeitleisten mit technischem Bezug in Abstimmung mit der jeweiligen Projektleitung
- Zuständigkeit für die Inbetriebnahme und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Solutions
- Bearbeitung von Governancethemen, Qualitätsmanagement, Risikomanagement innerhalb der verantworteten Bereiche
- Aufbereitung und Darstellung von Lösungswegen für das Management, sowie eigenverantwortliche Nachverfolgung und Steuerung von übergreifenden Maßnahmen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Eskalationsinstanz der Kundenvertreter für die verantwortete Portfolio
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)informatik, -wissenschaften, Mathematik oder vergleichbar und mind. 6 Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Integrationsvorhaben
- Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse gängiger IT-Infrastrukturen und -Architekturen sowie Technologien der Software-Entwicklung ggf. gute Kenntnisse in Real-Time Communication
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung und/oder dem softwaregestützten Betrieb von Geschäftsanwendungen, insbes. in sicherheitssensitiven Industrien
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit mittlerem- und hohen Management sowie im Kundenumfeld. Erfahrung im Kundenumfeld der Bundeswehr von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung
- Reisebereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands
