Technical Supervisor

pstrongPosition Overview: /strong /pbr /pWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the technical crew within our projects, ensuring correct planning and  execution of projects / works. /pbr /pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pbr /p Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of technicians in project execution, repairs and maintenance. /pbr /p Manage the schedule of works across all projects and maintenance agreements including the resources required to execute such works. /pbr /p Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met whilst keeping track of costs, ensuring the budget is kept and aim to achieve savings. /pbr /p Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of the various projects. /pbr /p Liaise with suppliers and customers to address technical inquiries and provide the right advice/solutions. /pbr /p Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. /pbr /p Compile the required technical documentation for installation and handing over. /pbr /p Identify training and development requirements for team members to enhance skills and knowledge. /pbr /pstrongRequirements: /strong /pbr /p Mechanical/ Electrical Level MQF 4. /pbr /p Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fuel, waste water, renewable energy or related sectors. /pbr /p Understanding of fuel pump systems, water waste treatment technologies, and renewable energy applications. /pbr /p Leadership and team management skills. /pbr /p Proven problem-solving abilities and technical acumen. /pbr /p Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. /pbr /p Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed. /pbr/br/Adress:
