Geoinformationssysteme sind aus der modernen Infrastruktur nicht mehr wegzudenken – mittels GIS ist es möglich wegweisende Routen für Logistikbetriebe ausfindig zu machen oder verheerende Umweltkatastrophen vorauszusagen.  Daher arbeiten unsere Technical Consultants mit Schwerpunkt GIS tagtäglich daran unseren Kunden aus Wirtschaft und Verwaltung eine optimale Wertschöpfung der Daten zu bieten. Hierzu setzen wir durch künstliche Intelligenz gesteuerte Applikationen ein, um Bevölkerungs- und Katastrophenschutz, Mobilitätsdatenplattformen sowie Smart Citys in die digitale Zukunft zu führen. Als GIS Engineer
  • führst du geographisch-räumliche Datenanalysen mittels GIS-Technologien durch und selektierst die Daten, um unsere Kunden mit Geodaten-Informationen für die Bereiche Gesundheit, Mobilität, Energie und Sicherheit auf Bundes und Landesebene zu versorgen. 
  • bist du am Aufbau unseres GIS Kompetenzteams beteiligt, baust Geoinformationssysteme weiter aus und betreust diese operativ. 
  • unterstützt du dein agiles Team bei Proof of Concepts und der technischen Implementierung der GIS-basierten Anwendungen beim Kunden. 
  • entwickelst du GIS-basierte Lösungen im Code und No-Code Bereich. 
  • dokumentierst du dein Vorgehen, wertest die Geodaten aus und stellst die Ergebnisse visuell dar. 
  • trägst du zur Entstehung zukunftsfähiger Geodaten bei, auf denen unternehmenskritische Geschäftsprozesse sicher und stabil umgesetzt werden. 
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene(s) Studium oder Ausbildung der Informatik/Geowissenschaften (mit Schwerpunkt Geoinformatik, Geoinformation, Computer Vision, Remote Sensing, KI) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Geoinformationssystemen und optional auch dem Aufsetzen von Geoinformationssystemen im Enterprise Bereich 
  • Branchenerfahrung in den Bereichen Öffentliche Verwaltung, Mobilität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit oder in der Industrie sind von Vorteil 
  • Programmiererfahrung in gängigen Sprachen wie Java, Python oder vergleichbare Programmiersprachen und Kenntnisse in ArcGIS sind von Vorteil 
  • (Zertifizierte) Kenntnisse zu Microservices, Cloud, Big Data-Technologien, KI, Machine Learning oder Datenbanktechnologien sind von Vorteil 
  • Du überzeugst in Kundengesprächen durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, arbeitest dich eigenständig in neue Themengebiete ein und teilst deine Erkenntnisse mit dem Team. 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1)- und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
