- Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einrichtungen und Anlagen sowie Außenanlagen
- Koordinierung und Überwachung der Pförtner-, Fremdbewachung, Entsorgungs- und Reinigungstätigkeiten
- Weiterleitung von Reparatur- und Reinigungsaufträgen
- Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen, sowie Schlüsselvergabe und Schließplanerstellung
- Sicherheltsbeauftragte*r; Erste Hilfe
- Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Techniker*in (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Bautechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinentechnik oder durch einschlägige Berufstätigkeit in einem handwerklichen Beruf (z.B. Schlosser*in, Elektriker*in oder Tischler*in) erworbene gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in einer Hausverwaltung (Vorlage des Abschlusses spätestens zum Zeitpunkt der Unterschrift des Arbeitsvertrages)
- PC-Kenntnisse
Darüber hinaus von Vorteil sind:
- Kenntnisse zur Bedienung von technischen Anlagen, wie Brandmelde-, Einbruchmelde-, elektronische Zutrittskontroll-, Audio- und Videoanlagen
- Organisationstalent
- Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
- hohe Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsauffassung
