  • Verantwortung übernehmen: Leitung von internationalen BI-Projekten bis hin zur Implementierung in unseren Fachbereichen; Aufnahme, Analyse und Beratung im Financial Planning & Management
  • Fortschritt vorantreiben: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden internationalen BI-Anwendungslandschaft; Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung eines Leadec-weiten Informationssystems / Dashboards für das Leadec Management (Topmanagement sowie alle Ebenen des operativen Managements)
  • Aufgaben anpacken: Konzeption und Erstellung von Applikationsanforderungen; Unterstützung im Rahmen des User Supports
  • Für IT-Projekte begeistern: Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von Prozessen zur Datenversorgung aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen


  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit BI-Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) in BI-Projekten sowie erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten; idealerweise Kenntisse mit IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) oder anderen OLAP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse: Vorerfahrung mit Apliqo UX oder anderen Ad-Hoc Analyse-Tools von Vorteil; Know-How in den betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkten Finanzen, Controlling, Einkauf, Sales oder HR wünschenswert
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit und hohe Servicementalität, gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und strukturiertes Vorgehen mit Spaß an projektbezogener Arbeit
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität: Gelegentliche internationale Reisebereitschaft
