Die Automobilindustrie vollzieht derzeit einen radikalen Wandel von mechanischen Fahrzeugen mit E/E-Komponenten hin zu sogenannten „Software-Defined-Vehicles“. Mit unseren MICROSAR Embedded Software Produkten sind wir in weltweit führender Position bei diesem Wandel mittendrin und gestalten die zukünftigen Softwarearchitekturen aktiv mit. Um diesen Wandel zusammen mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen zu gestalten und zu steuern, suchen wir in unserem Produkt Management Team Verstärkung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Produktmanagement für unsere Embedded Software Produkte der MICROSAR Produkt Familie
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte zusammen mit engagierten Kollegen unterschiedlicher Disziplinen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der DevOPs „Operation“ Phase unseres Produktes, bestehend aus cloud basierter Auslieferung, Installation, Betrieb, Hilfe und Benutzerfeedback
  • Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells zusammen mit den Kolleg:innen aus dem Vertrieb
  • Inhaltliche Gestaltung der externen Produktkommunikation zusammen mit unseren Experten aus dem Marketing
  • Planung und Priorisierung neuer Produktfunktionen in einem dynamischen und agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Roadmaps mit Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb und Entwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Software Engineering-Hintergrund
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich des Produkt-Managements oder der agilen Softwareentwicklung
  • Begeisterung für Embedded Software Systeme
  • Spaß am Organisieren und Strukturieren komplexer Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute kommunikative und didaktische Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
