  • Leitung, Planung Steuerung, Dokumentation und Reporting von komplexen und strategisch wichtigen SAP (S/4-) Projekten oder Programmen sowie die Durchführung der notwendigen Tätigkeiten über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Einhaltung der gesetzten Budget- und Zeitgrenzen sowie der zugesagten Qualität bei Teilprojekten und den IT-Anteilen an Businessprojekten
  • Reporting, Kommunikation und Abstimmung der Projektergebnisse und Details mit dem Management und den Fachbereichen
  • Steuerung von interdisziplinären (teils virtuellen) Projektteams und externen Partnern
  • Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungskonzeption in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen oder den IT-Abteilungen
  • Durchführen von Workshops und Projektsitzungen
  • Aufzeigen und Koordinieren von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken in der Programm- und Projektplanung
  • Managen von Ziel- und Interessenskonflikten
  • Kontakt zu Gremien wie IT-Sicherheit, Betriebsrat und Datenschutz
  • Stringente Steuerung und Nachhalten von genehmigten Projektbudgets (Controlling)

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige und umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT -Projekten mit Fokus auf SAP
  • Eingehende Modulkenntnisse in mindestens einem SAP Modul (Logistik/Finance)
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Risikomanagement, der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption
  • Idealerweise Zertifikate zum Thema Projektleitung/Projektmanagement (PMI, PRINCE2, GPM/IPMA) und Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum/Kaban)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten auch im Rahmen von Eskalationen und kritischen Projektsituationen
  • Neugierde, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie erfolgreiches Arbeiten in Netzwerken unabhängig von funktionalen und hierarchischen Berichtslinien
