Über Checkmk GmbH:
We are the creators of Checkmk, a leading hybrid IT monitoring software for both cloud-native and traditional infrastructures and applications. Checkmk is available as open-source and commercial editions and built on a Linux platform. We are a strong team of software developers and DevOps, open-source enthusiasts and nerds who are passionate about helping small and large companies run their complex IT infrastructures reliably. Over the last four years we have grown from 20 to 140 employees to support our customer growth in Europe, the US and beyond. Our colleagues currently live in Munich, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain and Poland.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung und bei der Erstellung von Bescheinigungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus den Abteilungen, Finance sowie People & Culture
  • Unterstützung in der internationalen Payroll (Österreich, Italien, Spanien, Frankreich, Polen, USA)
  • Allgemeine Backoffice Tätigkeiten (Sortieren und Bearbeiten von Belegen sowie Stammdatenpflege)
  • Teilnahme an spannenden Projekten zu den Themen Prozesse, Workflows und HR-Tools (Datev/Personio)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Firmenevents und internen Trainingsangeboten
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du bist als Student (m/w/d) in einem kaufmännischen, personalwirtschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben
  • Du bringst idealerweise (kein Muss) schon erste Erfahrung im Bereich People & Culture und/oder Lohnbuchhaltung sowie Vertragswesen mit
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, gewissenhaft und diskret
  • Du bist eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Teamgeist ist Dir genauso wichtig wie uns
  • Eingebettet in ein eingespieltes Team arbeitest Du eigenständig an den Dir übertragenen Aufgaben, lieferst zuverlässige Ergebnisse und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben, fällt Dir leicht
