  • Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und leiten OneCRM-Rollout-Projekte, verwalten deren Planung bzw. Ausführung sowie die Fortschrittsüberwachung.
  • Sie arbeiten mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, einschließlich der lokalen Projektleitung, den Change Managern, der Business Process Organization und den agilen Produktteams.
  • Gekonnt entwickeln Sie detaillierte Projektpläne und führen diese aus, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Lieferung sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Ebenso pflegen Sie eine effektive Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern, geben Updates und gehen auf mögliche Bedenken ein.
  • Als Projektmanager:in bewältigen Sie Konflikte, erleichtern die Problemlösung und implementieren Best Practices im Projektmanagement.
  • Nicht zuletzt identifizieren Sie Verbesserungspotenziale und führen Nachimplementierungsbewertungen durch, um die OneCRM-Rollout-Erfahrung kontinuierlich zu verbessern sowie „Blueprint“-Rollout-Ansätze zu definieren.

  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Erfahrung im CRM-Projektmanagement; Verständnis von CRM-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365; Kenntnisse im Bereich agiles und Wasserfall-Projektmanagement in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing oder Service
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie sind fähig auch komplexe internationale Projekte zu verwalten und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, so fällt Ihnen die Arbeit im Team leicht; die Zufriedenheit unserer Kundschaft liegt Ihnen am Herzen; Ihre strukturierte sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus; an sich verändernde Situationen können Sie sich flexibel anpassen
