Deine Aufgaben Analytics: Proaktive Analyse von Web Analytics Daten zur Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungs- und Wachstumsstrategien.
Insight Generation: Entwicklung von Reports und Dashboards für verschiedene Stakeholder-Gruppen vom C-Level bis hin zu technischen Teams.
Measurement: Design, Implementierung und Management von robusten, datenschutzkonformen Web-Tracking-Setups für qualitativ hochwertige Daten über verschiedene Plattformen und Touchpoints.
Documentation: Erstellung und Pflege umfassender (technischer) Pläne und Wissensdatenbanken für Web-Analytics-Initiativen.
Data Democracy: Enablement von Key-Stakeholdern und funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur eigenständigen Nutzung von Web-Analytics-Tools und Daten.
Upskilling: Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Junior-Teammitgliedern durch Wissensaustausch und Anleitung zu Best Practices im Bereich Web-Analytics.
Dein Profil Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer operativen Analytics-Rolle, idealerweise im Lead-Generation- oder Edu-Tech-Umfeld.
Exzellente Kenntnisse in Web Analytics Technologien und Infrastruktur (GA4, GTM, serverside Tracking, Data Layer, Web-Consent etc.), JS ist von Vorteil.
Expertise in Datenvisualisierung (Looker Studio, Power BI etc.) sowie SQL und Big Query.
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplizierte Datensätze in klare Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen.
Ein Growth Mindset und Motivation um KI-Lösungen effizient für Web-Messung und Data Analytics zu nutzen.
Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
