T&R Global Food is an importer and exporter of frozen and fresh raw materials, dry goods, and vegan convenience products. We provide a dynamic customer base including wholesalers, food industry, and system gastronomy with an exciting product portfolio and excellent service.

• Processing customer orders, monitoring delivery schedules
• Creating transport orders and accompanying documents
• Coordinating between suppliers, customers, warehouse keepers, and service providers
• Establishing and maintaining contacts and checking service provider invoices
• Inventory control and stock checks
• Maintaining data and documents in our ERP system
• Acting as a link between purchasing and sales

• Completed commercial apprenticeship: A background in a commercial field such as freight forwarder, industrial clerk, office manager, or similar
• Previous professional experience: Experience in a similar role
• Responsible, team player, hands-on mentality: Responsible, team-oriented, and practical approach
• Analytical thinking, precise and structured work: Analytical thinking and structured work style
• Good German skills: Proficient in German
• MS Office proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
