The Laboratory Solution Design Specialist DACH (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for our current and potential customers by consulting, supporting and further developing workflow processes in the area South of Germany and DACH for discrete and connected automation and will be remote in Germany.  p>

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop individual laboratory concepts with focus on connected automation solutions with project-oriented processing of customer and product specific information (data and workflow analyses, room plans with pCon.li>
  • Advice, support and close cooperation with Sales Specialists and Pre/Post-Sales Application Specialists on major projects and new customer business with on-site visits, up to final project closings
  • Present laboratory concepts to opinion leaders and decision makers on customer side.
    • Professional experience in in-vitro diagnostics/medical technology
    • Professional experience of at least 3 years in a position with a strong focus on customers (e.g. sales, project management, application, customer care) in the sale of products requiring explanation
    • Tender management with multiple examples of successfully leading/ project-managing a complex tender response with the ability to work independently and part of a team
    • Support for on-site reference visits
    • Fluent written and spoken German and English
    • Valid Driving license class B and willingness to travel in the DACH region (60%)

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Experience in a technical service organization ideally in the health care business
    • Using / pCon.Planner, 3DSMax, AutoCAD
    • The field of medical technology products
    • Workflow analytics including cross discipline simulation
