Job Description:

  • Prepare forecasts and cash flow projections (short, medium, and long-term)
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
  • Perform cost analysis at product and/or site level
  • Assist in preparing various reports
  • Participate in monthly and yearly financial closings (HGB)
  • Engage in Controlling project work using agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders such as CFO, auditors, and tax advisors

Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or equivalent
  • Strong experience in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with HGB accounting (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and PowerBI
  • Analytical, independent work style with quick comprehension
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
