Für den Bereich Information Technology suchen wir am Standort Hamburg einen Business Software Analyst Finance (m/w/d), der die digitale Logistik der Zukunft mit uns gestaltet.
Ihre Aufgaben- Teilprojektleitung bei der Erneuerung unserer ERP-Landschaft (Entwicklung eines neuen internationalen Transportmanagementsystems) in einem multikulturellen und agilen Team mit dem Schwerpunkt finanzunterstützende Prozesse
- Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des Invoicing-, Billing- and Accounting-Moduls (inklusive Schnittstellen zu sonstigen Finanzsystemen) in unserem aktuellen eigenentwickelten ERP-System (bis zur Ablösung durch eine Neuentwicklung) auf Basis von Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsbereichen und technischen Innovationen
- Koordination, Planung und Steuerung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Finanzen und Rechnungswesen unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Ressourcen und Qualität
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Konfliktmanagement und Risikoanalyse
- Erstellung von Anforderungs- und Fachkonzepten, Testplänen und Dokumentationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Key-Usern und Systementwicklern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices
- Durchführung von Systemtests, Fehleranalyse und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Identifikation und Diagnose von Problemen in der täglichen Verarbeitung sowie Kommunikation mit internen Kunden und externen Lieferanten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren (kombinierten) Fachrichtung, Quereinsteiger willkommen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
- Projekterfahrung in der Konfiguration und dem Rollout von ERP- und sonstigen Softwaresystemen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Spezifikationen für Programmierer
- Erweitertes Wissen im Finanzbereich und in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise über ein Transportmanagementsystem bzw. sonstige die finanziellen Prozesse unterstützende Systeme, sowie SQL-Kenntnisse
- IT-Affinität mit ausgeprägter Beratungs- und Lösungskompetenz
- Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
