Leiter IT (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der IT-Abteilung (12 Mitarbeiter)
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von IT-Strategien und Richtlinien
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Digitalisierungsstrategien im Bauwesen
  • Verantwortung für die Maßnahmen zur IT-Sicherheit im Unternehmen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Projekten inklusive Budgetverantwortung
  • Regelmäßige, direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung über den Status der Projekte sowie der gesamten Systemlandschaft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position und in der Leitung von IT-Projekten
  • Erfahrung in Digitalisierungsprojekten und in der IT-Vertragsgestaltung
  • Umfassendes Know-how in aktuellen Sicherheitsmechanismen und -technologien
  • Technisch versiert mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der IT-Infrastruktur und -Systemwelt
