Kommunikationsmanager (m / w / d) - Sponsoring/CSR

SPEZIALISIERT - das sind die Aufgaben:

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien für Sponsoring und CSR, insbesondere auf Social Media
kreative Content-Erstellung für verschiedene Kanäle und redaktionelle Betreuung der Social Media- Plattformen
Steuerung von Sponsoring- / CSR-Projekten und Koordination der Aktivitäten mit Partnern
Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen im Rahmen des Employer Branding und von Netzwerkveranstaltungen
enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur konsistenten Kommunikation und Analyse von Social-Media-Metriken

EXZELLENZ - das macht uns neugierig:

abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media-Management, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf CSR und/oder Sponsoring
ausgeprägtes Verständnis für CSR-Themen und die Fähigkeit, diese zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren
Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Kreativität, Organisationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit
ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung (Hands-on-Mentalität)
selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Neugier auf die digitale Welt
