Für den Bereich Produktion & Logistik suchen wir ab sofort einen

Gruppenleiter Disposition (m/w/d) Darum geht es konkret
  • Weiterentwickeln der Disposition zur zentralen Planungsabstimmung innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Organisieren, Durchführen und Weiterentwickeln des S&OP-Prozess im Unternehmen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb, der Produktion und dem Einkauf
  • Erarbeiten von transparenten Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Analysen zur strategischen Beurteilung der Bedarfssituation
  • Erstellen und Verantworten des bedarfsgesteuerten Produktionsplans
  • Steuern der Zukaufs-Bedarfe mit Hilfe der Produktbedarfsplanung
  • Verantworten der Lagerware (was) und Lagerbestände (wieviel) unserer Fertigware und der Bestandsziele
  • Sicherstellen der Lieferfähigkeit und Termintreue
  • Führen und Weiterentwickeln der Mitarbeiter in der Disposition
Das wünschen wir uns
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Management
  • fundierte Berufserfahrung im S&OP, in der Material- und Fertigungsdisposition
  • Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung wünschenswert
  • strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
