Klingt gut? Wir brauchen Unterstützung als:

  • Du unterstützt uns aktiv bei der Analyse und Entwicklung unserer Prozesse und erkennst dabei Optimierungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Du spezifizierst, entwirfst und entwickelst Software-Lösungen und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere betriebswirtschaftlichen Anwendungen (wie z. B. unser ERP-System) zu erweitern
  • Du gestaltest das Konzept und Design für Lösungen und leitest daraus die geeignete Software-Architektur für die bei uns eingesetzten IT-Technologien ab
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung von Applikationen und hilfst uns, Low-Code/ No-Code-Lösungen in der Cloud zu entwickeln
  • Du setzt dich für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Betreuung und Wartung unserer bestehenden und neuen Automation und RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Prozesse ein
  • Du steuerst externe Dienstleister, die uns beim Design, der Programmierung und dem Support unterstützen
  • Du hast ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts) -Informatik oder eine mindestens 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung mit zusätzlicher beruflicher Weiterbildung abgeschlossen
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Automation Tools (z. B. MS Power Automate, UiPath) sammeln
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache (Java, C# o. ä.)
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Anwendungsentwicklung im ERP- und CRM-Umfeld gesammelt
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen in agilem und dynamischem Projektmanagement
  • Du kannst analytisch und konzeptionell denken
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und legst großen Wert auf Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Teamwork
  • Du solltest sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 sein
  • Du besitzt gute, in der Praxis erprobte Englischkenntnisse, die du im internationalen Familienunternehmen einsetzt
