Responsibilities:

Idea generation

for new products and technologiesDevelopment of new products in compliance with relevant regulations and standardsManagement and leadership of projects

throughout the development lifecycle including Design Reviews, Technical Reviews and Project Gate Reviews within the Innovation and Development areas of the Wound Care divisionPreparation and presentation of project status at all levels of the companyTechnical responsibility

for a dedicated product assortment in the field of negative pressure wound careCollaboration with other departments e. g. marketing, production, supply chain, regulatory affairsSupporting the wider company in the

maintenance

and

updating

of

documentation

in accordance with relevant requirementsEnsuring

product compliance

to all relevant rules and guidelinesQualifications:

Completed studies in natural science/engineering (e.g. medical technology, polymer technology / engineering) with focus on polymers /plastics and the associated production technologiesExperience in the design and processing of polymeric materials, extrusion & injection moldingExperience in project collaboration and/or project managementExperience in the field of wound care and medical devicesKnowledge of the medical device’s regulation and the associated subject areas (e.g., application, design control, biocompatibility, clinical evaluation, risk management, sterilization, CE conformity, FDA, etc.)Fluent in English and GermanBenefits:
