Solution Architect (d/m/w)*


Als Solution Architect nimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer IT-Abteilung ein, indem du unsere Softwarelösungen (z. B. CRM, ERP, Personal-Software, M365), unsere Intranetlösung (Confluence) und andere weiterentwickelst und integrierst. Dabei stellst du eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Systemen sicher und gewährleistest einen konsistenten Datenaustausch. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Integrationsmanagement: Du entwirfst und implementierst Lösungen zur Integration neuer Software in bestehende Systeme (z. B. M365, Confluence, Znuny, SAP SF, Dynamics365 und Business Central) und gewährleistest einen sicheren Datenaustausch.
  • Lösungsdesign und Implementierung: Du entwirfst skalierbare, robuste Lösungen für unser neues CRM-/ERP-System und die Personal-Software. Darüber hinaus identifizierst du potenzielle Integrationsprobleme und Risiken, die bei der Implementierung auftreten können.
  • Kooperation: Du arbeitest eng mit bestehenden Architektenrollen zusammen und unterstützt die Abteilungen Vertrieb und Finanzen. Daneben koordinierst Freelancer sowie externe Dienstleister. Außerdem übernimmst du die fachliche Führung bei der Umsetzung von Changes an den Systemen.
  • Projektmanagement: Du leitest und koordinierst Projekte und stellst deren termingerechte Umsetzung sicher.
  • Kommunikation und Dokumentation: Du vermittelst technische Konzepte an nicht-technische Stakeholder und das Management und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand sind. Des Weiteren erstellst und pflegst du detaillierte technische Dokumentationen, Architekturprogramme und Spezifikationen.
  • Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle: Du bist verantwortlich für Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen und entwickelst Strategien zur Risikominderung und Qualitätssicherung. Zudem stellst du die Nutzung von Best Practices sicher.

  • Eine solide Basis: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-orientierte Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Bereich: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Solution Architect, idealerweise in der IT-Sicherheitsbranche
  • Technische Expertise: Tiefgehende technische Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Business Central, in der Systemintegration und Softwarearchitektur sowie mit Integrationslösungen und Middleware-Technologien
  • Projektmanagementskills: Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills und die Fähigkeit, technische Details für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich zu machen
  • Erfahrung als technischer Berater: Ausgeprägte technische Kundenorientierung, die Bereitschaft als technischer Berater zu fungieren und den Wissensaufbau der Stakeholder aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Sonstige Fähigkeiten: Selbstständige, strukturierte, lösungs- und sicherheitsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
