Wir wurden Jetzt bewerbenaus der BASF-Innovationsschmiede Chemovator gegründet und haben bereits rund 50 Mitarbeiter:innen an Standorten in der Metropol-Region Rhein-Neckar, München und Hamburg. Wir bieten flexible Büroflächen, Arbeitsplätze sowie Event- und Meetingräume in zentralen und dezentralen Netzwerken an.
Unser Ziel ist es eine wohnortnahe Alternative zu den oft zentral gelegenen Büros großer Firmen und eine Arbeitsstättenrichtlinien (ASR)-konforme, voll- und hochwertig ausgestattete Alternative zum Homeoffice anzubieten, mit einem großzügigen Community Bereich und Ansprechpartner:innen vor Ort.

Was erwartet dich?- Du bist das „Gesicht" unseres CoWorking Space und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen oder Ideen unserer Kund:innen
- Du betreust Community-Events und Get-togethers und unterstützt unseren Community-Aufbau
- Du begrüßt neue CoWorker:innen und bist für die Einhaltung der Haus- und Community-Regeln verantwortlich
- Du vertrittst Jetzt bewerbenSatellites nach außen und generierst mit deiner Begeisterung für „Office as a Service“ neue Kund:innen für unsere OpenDesk und Teamoffice Optionen
- Du pflegst und überprüfst regelmäßig alle Räume und stellst sicher, dass Getränke, Speisen sowie Arbeitsmaterialien immer in ausreichender Form vorhanden sind
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Prozesse und leistest technischen Support, wann immer er benötigt wird
- Du bist ein:e „Vollblut-Gastgeber:in“, der/die es liebt eine inspirierende und effiziente Community aufzubauen
- Du bist stark im Office Management und besitzt die Fähigkeit zur effizienten Organisation von Büroabläufen sowie Koordination von Arbeitsprozessen
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, du hast ein offenes und selbstbestimmtes Auftreten und Du fühlst Dich wohl im Umgang mit unseren Kund:innen
- Englischkenntnisse wären toll, aber kein Muss
- Du beschreibst dich selbst als kreativen und pragmatischen Menschen, großen Teamplayer und liebst es, in einem sich verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Du hast Spaß an Komplexität und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du bringst eine proaktive und selbstbestimmte Arbeitsweise mit
