Das Global SAP CoE ist das Presales- und Portfolio-Leading-Team bei Capgemini. Es besteht aus einem globalen Netzwerk von SAP Presales-Leads, Engagement Managern und IT Architects/Specialists – unseren "SAP CoE-Expert*innen" –, die die schnelle Expansion unseres SAP-Geschäfts weltweit vorantreiben (S/4HANA, BTP und Saas/Paas Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud).   • Als SAP Expert*in wirst du im SAP Global CoE in Europa eingesetzt, um die digitalen Transformationen von Unternehmen zu begleiten. (S/4 HANA als Kernstück, BTP und alle erforderlichen Add-ons von SAP, Hyperscalern oder anderen SAP-Partnern)
  • Dabei wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Presales und in der Umsetzung von SAP-Transformationsprogrammen spielen, indem du unseren End-to-End-Ansatz nutzt.
  • Dein Einsatzgebiet ist Europa – die Stelle kann überall von Europa aus ausgeübt werden und beinhaltet eine Kombination aus Mobile Work und physischer Präsenz bei Kunden oder Veranstaltungen.
Dein Profil
  • Du besitzt Erfahrung als Hauptverantwortliche*r in großen S/4HANA-Projekten für globale Kunden (Teamgröße von 50+ Personen) und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der strategischen Ausrichtung von SAP in deinem Spezialgebiet mit.
  • Zusätzlich verfügst du über Kompetenzen in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:
    • Lieferketten und Manufacturing
    • Finanzleistung / Konzernberichterstattung
    • Cloud-Modelle / Hyperscaler / RISE
    • Enterprise Architecture / Cloud
    • BTP und kontinuierlicher Transformationsansatz
    • Datentransformation und SDT
    • Prozessmanagement
    • Branchenexpertise: Pharma / Konsumgüter / Retail / Advanced Manufacturing / Automobil / Luft- und Raumfahrt
  • Du kannst mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Bereich, entweder im Projektmanagement, als IT-Architekt*in oder Domänenexpertise vorweisen.
  • Du bist es gewohnt, in einem internationalen Umfeld mit verschiedenen Teams zu arbeiten und kannst Netzwerke über Länder hinweg aufbauen
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kundenbeziehungen innerhalb des SAP-Ökosystems und anderen relevanten Partnerorganisationen
  • Du hast eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
