Als regionaler Versorgungsnetzbetreiber sichern wir die Energieversorgung zu jeder Zeit an jedem Ort in Bayern. Wir richten unsere Energienetze auf die Zukunft aus, bieten unseren Kunden innovative Lösungen und machen so die Energiewende möglich. Unterstütze auch du als Referent:in unseren Bereichsleiter bei der Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, neue Strategien zu entwickeln sowie zu verwirklichen und leiste so einen signifikanten Beitrag zum Erfolg des Unternehmens.

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Kontakte zu politisch relevanten Stakeholdern und übernimmst die interne und externe Kommunikation in der Region.

  • Du bist für das Bayernwerk die Schnittstelle zu den Akteuren der Energie- und Klimapolitik genauso wie zur Presse (lokal und regional).

  • Du organisiert die Treffen und den Austausch unserer Führungskräfte mit den politischen Meinungsbildner:innen und Interessensvertreter:innen von Gremien und Verbänden.

  • Du initiierst lokale Pressetermine und Pressekonferenzen zur Darstellung der Herausforderungen und der Leistungen des Bayernwerks in der Region.

  • Du beantwortest eigenverantwortlich die Anfragen lokaler Medienvertreter:innen zur Energieversorgung in der Region.

  • Du sorgst für die optimale Verbindung der regionalen Besonderheiten und der aktuellen Gegebenheiten mit den langfristigen Unternehmenszielen in Politik und Kommunikation

  • Du stehst im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit den Akteuren der Unternehmensleitung für Politik und Kommunikation und den Entscheidungsträger:innen in der Region.

  • Durch deine Arbeit trägst zur Entwicklung einer effektiven politischen Kommunikationsstrategie bei, zur Stärkung der Positionen des Bayernwerks und zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der regionalen Energiewende.

  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, denkst strategisch und verfügst über sehr gute Präsentations-. und Moderationsfähigkeiten. Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte auf Management-Niveau aufzubereiten. Du siehst dich als Botschafter des Bayernwerks und knüpfst gerne Netzwerke innerhalb sowie über das eigene Unternehmen hinaus.

  • Du bist ein innovativer, motivierter und positiver Treiber, der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt. In Projekten denkst, arbeitest und führst du agil.

  • Du verstehst unser Geschäft und richtest dein Handeln auf den Erfolg des gesamten Unternehmens aus. Dabei fällt es dir leicht, mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und die richtigen Schlüsse zu ziehen, um neue Lösungen zu finden.

  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, im Vertrieb, oder einem Beratungsunternehmen, idealerweise in mehreren Bereichen oder in Querschnitts-/Schnittstellenfunktionen mit. Du bist erfahren in der Kommunikation durch verschiedene Medien und begeisterst dich für Pressearbeit. Vorzugsweise bringst du gute Kenntnisse des Verteilnetzgeschäftes und der zugrunde liegenden regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen mit.

  • Als Basis für die Ausübung der Stelle bringst du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder Politik mit.
