(Senior) Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Consultant

Darauf darfst du dich freuen Du führst die Analyse und strukturierte Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen durch und entwickelst daraus Roadmaps und Use-Cases Du konzipierst Informationsarchitekturen, Governance-Modelle und Berechtigungskonzepte auf Basis von Microsoft 365 inklusive Metadaten, Taxonomien, Sensitivity Labels und B2B-Gastzugriff Du setzt moderne SharePoint- und M365-Lösungen um, von der Konfiguration von Sites, Listen und Navigation bis zur Integration von Microsoft Search, Power Automate und Power Apps Du begleitest Migrationen (z. B. mit ShareGate), übernimmst Incident- und Change-Management und definierst Policies für den sicheren Betrieb Du förderst die Nutzerakzeptanz durch zielgruppenspezifische Trainings und Dokumentationen Deine Ausrüstung zum Erfolg Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium z.B. der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation, sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Microsoftumfeld Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus Du verfügst über Projekterfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und SharePoint Online in den Bereichen Dokumentenmanagement, Intranet/Wissensmanagement, Prozessdigitalisierung und Digital & Modern Workplace Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und dem Skripting vorzugsweise mit PowerShell, PnP, SharePoint Online Management Shell und bist erfahren im Umgang mit Migrationstools (z. B.
