Was darf bei keinem Smartphone fehlen?

Genau, der Mikrochip – das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips – und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.

  • Sie werden zum Dreh- und Angelpunkt komplexer Technologieprojekte, indem Sie die operative, lieferantenbezogene Projektsteuerung an der Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten verantworten

  • als Teil unseres Teams koordinieren Sie hierbei verantwortlich die ganzheitliche wie strategische Befähigung einzelner Lieferanten für komplexe Technologieprojekte mit dem Ziel, die Lieferfähigkeit hinsichtlich Kosten, Timing und Qualität sicherzustellen

  • die Grundlagen hierfür schaffen Sie im Team durch eine systematische Analyse der Fähigkeiten externer Partner hinsichtlich Organisation, Entwicklung und Fertigung, die Sie mit den internen strategischen Anforderungen abgleichen

  • Sie koordinieren projektübergreifend die Identifikation, Vereinbarung, Umsetzung sowie das Nachhalten von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen bei Lieferanten

  • mit Ihren Erfahrungen in der Koordination und Entwicklung setzen Sie das interne und externe Stakeholdermanagement strukturiert auf und steuern dessen operative Umsetzung


  • Sie haben einen technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Hochschulabschluss und bringen 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit

  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Projekt-Management komplexer Technologieprojekte im internationalen Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen cross-funktionalen Teams

  • Sie besitzen eine Qualifikation für Six Sigma oder Lean Management und verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Management Methoden oder Six Sigma Projekten

  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in mind. 2 der folgenden Themenfelder mit: Initiierung und Nachalten der Optimierung komplexer Wertströme und Produktionssteuerung // Entwicklung, Produktion bzw. Beschaffung von Sondermaschinen, bevorzugt im Umfeld der Halbleiterfertigung oder Aerospace // Erfahrungen im Bereich Supply Chain Management bzw. Management externer Partner

  • Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die eine lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mitbringt

  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der parallelen Steuerung komplexer Projektsituationen

  • Teamfähigkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit sind weitere Stärken, die Sie mitbringen

  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland und im nahen EU-Ausland runden Ihr Profil ab
