Um dem gerecht zu werden, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Karben Berlin oder Werne ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Equipment Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Beschaffung und Organisation des Materials für unsere Veranstaltungen
  • Disposition unseres eigenen Equipments, sowie die Beschaffung von Fremdmaterial unter Berücksichtigung von technischen Anforderungen, Margen und strategischen Mieten
  • Prozessoptimierung, Stammdatenpflege, Aussonderung und Umlagerung von unserem Equipment
  • Beseitigung von ungeplanten Materialengpässen in Absprache mit Fachplanung und Lager
  • Eigenständige Projektabwicklung von Dry Hire Anfragen
  • Bei Bedarf und Interesse Deinerseits sind außerdem auch Einsätze auf unseren Produktionen möglich
Das zeichnet Dich aus:
  • Du verfügst über ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung in der Veranstaltungsbranche und verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Du bist es gewohnt, deine Arbeitszeit flexibel einzuteilen, selbstständig, zuverlässig und initiativ zu arbeiten
  • Die Arbeit mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem ist Dir vertraut (easyjob Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ganzheitliches Denken, Fingerspitzengefühl und Belastbarkeit runden dein Profil ab
