Field Application Engineer (m/w/d)
für unsere Geschäftseinheit Machinery
- Als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams planen und realisieren Sie Industrie 4.0 Applikationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Herstellern aus der Werkzeugmaschinen-Industrie.
- Unsere leading-edge Technologieplattform für Multifunktions-Sensoren und Interfacemodule bietet Ihnen dabei die Basis für modernste Automatisierungslösungen.
- In der Rolle des Field Application Engineers stehen Sie in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und bilden die Brücke hinein in unsere Entwicklung. Dabei führen Sie entwicklungsbegleitende Systemtests durch und unterstützen bei der Evaluierung neuer Produktkonzepte in der konkreten Anwendung im Feld.
- Sie gestalten Hard- und Softwarearchitekturen von der Sensorebene bis in die Cloud auf Basis industrieller Kommunikationsstandards und Komponenten wie Edge Devices, PLC und IPC.
- Die Nutzung moderner Tools zur Analyse und Darstellung von Daten befähigen Sie, unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen zu begeistern.
- Arbeiten Sie mit unseren Spezialisten für Sensorik und Mechatronik sowie den verantwortlichen Produktmanagern an der Umsetzung von Use-Cases und der Realisierung neuer Produkte.
- Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie perspektivisch weitere Verantwortung und können Projektverläufe und Produkteigenschaften maßgeblich mit beeinflussen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über typische Hard- und Softwarearchitekturen in Industrie 4.0-Anwendungsfällen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Schwingungsanalyse sowie induktiver und magnetischer Sensormessprinzipien
- Grundkenntnisse über industrielle Kommunikationsprotokolle, z.B. IO-Link, Industrial Ethernet, OPC UA
- Interesse an Automatisierungslösungen, Machine-Learning Methoden und KI
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für einen guten Projekterfolg
