pManpower is seeking to recruit a Mid or Senior level Solutions Consultant to accelerate our client#039;s customer growth strategy in the IT industry. /pbr /p /pbr /h5strongDaily Responsibilitiesbr /strong /h5br /ulliBe part of a team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central application specialists that is constantly growing. /liliTake a leading role on various Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. /liliParticipate in discovery sessions/pre-sales activities to understand the clients business objectives and system needs. /liliDesign the solution that best meets the customers requirements. /liliCommunicate progress and manage expectations, escalating issues to Project Management. /liliBuild solutions leveraging the Dynamics 365 Business Central core configuration capabilities. /liliPrepare test scripts and lead testing sessions to ensure the solution performs as expected. /liliLead client training sessions. /liliSupport clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption. /li /ulbr /h5strongbr/strong /h5br /h5strongRequired Skillsbr /strong /h5br /ulliSolid accounting knowledge and/or background in Finance. /lili5 years experience in a similar D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV role. /liliSystems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support. /liliA good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment and willing to go the extra mile. /liliExcellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. /liliAbility to work. independently and in a team environment. /liliTime management skills. /liliAttention to detail and willingness to learn. /li /ulpstrongALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ALREADY BASED IN MALTA OR WILLING TO RELOCATE /strong /pbr/br/Adress:
