Perform customer billing and account reconciliation in DATEV Ensure accurate order review, setup, and data maintenance Act as a point of contact for billing issues with internal teams Communicate with customers regarding billing matters and resolve discrepancies Manage accounts receivable (credit check, receivables management, debt collection) Contribute to improving accounting processes Requirements

Completed education in accounting or a degree in business with billing experience Experience with billing systems, preferably Projektron BCS Basic knowledge of VAT Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and DATEV Customer-oriented with strong communication skills in German Independent, solution-oriented work approach with hands-on mentality Interest in optimizing accounting processes and willingness to participate in redesigning them Benefits
