Wir sind ein Team von 1000 Mitarbeitern in 11 Ländern weltweit - eine Gruppe von Abenteurern und Träumern, Bergsteigern, die auf der Suche nach ihrem nächsten Gipfel sind. Wir suchen einen Store Manager (M/W/D) in Vollzeit, der unsere Leidenschaft für den Bergsport den Kunden auf der Fläche nahebringt. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Eigenverantwortliche Leitung des Mountain Shops Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis sowie das Image unserer Marken Steuerung und Optimierung der Warenwirtschaft Aktionsplanung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Promotionsaktivitäten Verkauf und Beratung Teamlead, operative Planung und Orgisation inkl. Personalplanung- und Motivation Profil
Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen als Store Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Position Führungserfahrung wünschenswert Organisationstalent mit Hands-On-Mentalität Eigenständige Arbeitsweise MS-Office ist dir bekannt Affinität für den Bergsport Wir bieten
