Aufgaben Hey Du Als Kaufmann für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung im Bereich Tankcontainer übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Customer Service. Hier sind Deine spannenden Aufgaben im Überblick: Disposition von Tankcontainern für Import und- oder Export per Bahn, Binnenschiff und LKW Erteilung von Transportaufträgen und Buchung von Schiffsraum Aktive Kommunikation im Auftrags- und Abwicklungsbereich Präzise Auftragserfassung und Zuverlässige Archivierung von relevanten Dokumenten im System Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen (speditions- und rechnungsbezogen) Effiziente Fehlererfassung zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen Profil Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung wäre wünschenswert, ist aber kein absolutes Muss. Praktische Erfahrungen in der Branche sind wünschenswert, können aber auch durch Motivation und Lernbereitschaft ausgeglichen werden. Es wäre toll, wenn Du schon Erfahrung mit Tankcontainern hast, aber auch hier gilt: keine Voraussetzung Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind im Alltagsbetrieb der Spedition von Nutzen, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation zu ermöglichen. Du kannst nicht alle unsere Anforderungen erfüllen? Das sollte Dich nicht davon abhalten, Dich trotzdem zu bewerben.
