Das Institut für Pathologie der Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin ist eine der größten und bekanntesten Universitätspathologien in Deutschland. Wir versorgen die Kliniken der Charité und externe Einsender mit dem gesamten Spektrum der diagnostischen Pathologie inklusive aller Spezialbereiche. Die Stelle im Überblick
- Durchführung molekularbiologischer Methoden für die Tumor- und Erregerdiagnostik (Nukleinsäure-Extraktion, PCR, Gelelektrophorese, Next-Generation-Sequencing, Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung u. a.)
- Schneiden von Paraffingewebe für die molekulare Diagnostik am Mikrotom
- Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung neuer Analyseverfahren
- Mitarbeit in der Organisation des Laborablaufs
- Arbeiten nach SOP / Qualitätsmanagementhandbuch
- Bereitschaft zur Aushilfe in anderen Laborbereichen des Instituts
Danach suchen wir
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinisch-Technische Laboratoriumsassistenz (MTLA), BTA, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Molekularbiologie / Molekularpathologie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in allgemeinen und speziellen molekularbiologischen Methoden
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem zertifizierten und/oder akkreditierten Labor wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Flexibilität, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr sorgfältiges und genaues, gewissenhaftes und kooperatives Arbeiten
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe
