Qualitätsmanager Dienstleistungssteuerung (m/w/d)

Es erwarten dich u. a. folgende Aufgaben:
- Du bist vertriebsseitig für ein ganzheitliches Qualitätsmanagement bei unseren eingesetz-ten Dienstleistern zuständig, um hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu sichern
- Das erreichst du durch Sicherstellung einer hohen Beratungsqualität und Prozesssicherheit
- Du definierst qualitative Kennzahlen, z.B. Gesprächsstandards, betreibst ein Monitoring der Qualitätsziele und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Du bist verantwortlich für Planung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Audits und Coachings sowie das Trainingsmanagement für die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Agenten
- Vor-Ort-Begleitung und Beratung der Dienstleister, z.B. bei Digitalisierungslösungen
- Du nimmst an Projektarbeit an und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des QM Systems und Dokumentation im QM-Handbuch

- mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt/Betriebswirt (m/w/d) mit vertrieblichem oder energiewirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- mit deiner Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, der Kundenberatung und Prozess-/Systemsicherheit
- durch deine Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung sowie der im Kundenservice eingesetzten IT-Systeme und der MS-Office-Produkte
- mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in einer zugänglichen Art und Weise zu erklären
- durch deine Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sowie der Fähigkeit, auch unter hoher Arbeitsbelastung stets freundlich zu bleiben und Unterstützung anzubieten
- mit deiner Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- mit deiner Offenheit und Freude für neue Situationen und Rahmenbedingungen sowie einem ausgeprägten digitalen Mindset
