Accounting Assistant (m/w/d) in -Vollzeit-.

Aufgaben
  • Prüfung & Bearbeitung des Tagesabschlusses
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Kontrolle der Kontoauszüge
  • Verwaltung der Bargeldkasse
  • Verwaltung & Bearbeitung diverser Zahlungsdienstleiter (Concardis, PayPal, Amex)
  • Bearbeitung der Kreditkartenabrechnung
  • Bearbeitung der KTT Meldung
  • Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses für den Steuerberater
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Vertragsverwaltung
  • Archivverwaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Dienstleister
  • Bestellungen von Büromaterial
  • Unterstützung der HR & Administration Managerin bei verschiedenen Verwaltungsaufgaben (z.B. Schulungsplanung Mitarbeiter)
  • Stetige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse (intern und extern) mit der HR & Administration Managerin
Qualifikation

Wir suchen motivierte, aufgeschlossene, neugierige und kommunikative Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die Lust darauf haben, gemeinsam mit uns ein neues Kapitel Hotellerie aufzuschlagen und mitzugestalten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Accounting oder in der Hotellerie mit darauf aufbauender Erfahrung im Bereich Accounting
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches und buchhalterisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Textsicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
