System Validation Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for PCBA control plan definition (internal and supervision for EMS) and control means management as well as PCBA evaluation (product audit/special batch assessment) according to control plan (for internal or EMS supplier). Responsible for PCBA control plan definition (pre-serial, serial) regarding Internal Process Acceptance. Support the PCBA process qualification conditions definition and PCBA process qualification lead and support during the execution. PCBA support to plant quality department for serial modifications, quality claims, etc. Carry out error analyses, product and customer audits and their evaluation. Responsible for and supporting PCBA process outputs review for IPA from control plan: Incoming inspections Guidelines and results, Control Guideline (Process), requalificatio What we are looking for:

You have an academic degree in Engineering (Electronics / Automation and Industrial Electronics / Telecommunications) Experience in the automotive sector in a position equivalent to at least 3 years. Experience in electronics quality and manufacturing processes and electronic Standards (Automotive Spice, ISO 26262…) Used to work under pressure and oriented to the fulfillment of deadlines and objectives. Flexible and able to adapt to continuous changes. Proactive, thorough, independent, ability to analyze and making decisions, team player. Good Communication skills and very good German and Englisch skills Technical knowledge in interior lighting ECUs: RGBs, capacitive sensors Familiar with: Automotive Spice, CAN Network, LIN Network, Problem solving tools (8D, Pareto, Ishikawa. 5 Why's…), JIRA, CANoe, etc. What can we offer you:
