Zusammen mit unserem namhaften Kunden, suchen wir Sie ab sofort im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung als Business Continuity Manager/in Tempelhof (m/w/d) . Bewerben Sie sich jetzt – wir freuen uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen Sie entwickeln unser Business Continuity Management (BCM) nach den Vorgaben des BSI (insbesondere BSI 200-4) und setzen es strukturiert um. Der Aufbau und die Durchführung von Stabsübungen sowie Notfalltests liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung. Sie übernehmen die Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister mit dem Fokus auf Notfallmanagement. Bei Bedarf führen Sie Krisenstäbe selbst und sorgen für eine effektive Kommunikation innerhalb der Organisation. Sie analysieren Risiken und beraten zur Resilienz in der Lieferkette. In Gesprächen mit Fachspezialisten und Geschäftsführenden agieren Sie souverän auf Augenhöhe. Sie bringen Ihre Expertise im Bereich IT Service Continuity Management ein. Als Vertretung des internen CISO übernehmen Sie auch strategische Aufgaben im Bereich Informationssicherheit. Sie verfügen über fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Krisen- und Notfallmanagement – ein Hochschulabschluss ist für uns nicht entscheidend. Der Umgang mit behördlicher Sprache („Beamtendeutsch“) fällt Ihnen leicht und Sie bewegen sich sicher in verwaltungsnahen Kontexten. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im BSI-Ansatz mit und orientieren sich weniger an klassischen ISO-Normen. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und hands-on. Sie haben bereits mit Berater:innen zusammengearbeitet und Notfälle aktiv begleitet. Übungen konzipieren, durchführen und auswerten gehört zu Ihrem Repertoire. Sie kommunizieren klar und verbindlich – auch in komplexen Situationen.
