Einsatzbereich Hier brauchen wir dich Als Fullstack Softwareentwickler:in (w/m/d) entwickelst du im Tribe Data-Analytics KI-gestützte Lösungen, die das Beratungsgespräch im Firmenkunden-Banking intelligenter und effizienter machen. Dabei arbeitest du in einem cross-funktionalen Team auf der Omnikanalplattform (OKP) und bringst deine technischen Fähigkeiten entlang des gesamten Stacks ein – von Frontend über Backend bis hin zu CI/CD. Stellenprofil Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich? Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von modernen Fullstack-Anwendungen mit Python (Backend) und Angular (Frontend) entlang des kompletten Product-Lifecycles Integration von KI-Komponenten und LLMs in Beratungslösungen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Tribes zur Einbettung des KI-Assistenten in unsere Firmenkundenlösungen Unterstützung bei Aufbau und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab, OpenShift) Aktive Beteiligung an einer offenen Feedback- und Lernkultur im Team Unternehmenskultur Unsere Benefits Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Eigenverantwortung & Abwechslung Events, Socials, Lounge Feedbackkultur Flexibles Arbeiten & Flache Hierarchien Individuelle Fortbildungen & Coachings Dein Profil Was uns wichtig ist: Keiner kann alles, die richtige Mischung macht’s Fundierte Kenntnisse in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit Python und Angular Erfahrung in der Nutzung von FastAPI Verständnis für moderne CI/CD-Prozesse (u. a. GitLab, OpenShift) Kundenzentriertes Denken Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Lust auf enge Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Teams Zusätzlich von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence Erfahrungen mit Scrum und SAFe Erfahrung im Umgang mit Large Language Models (LLMs) oder der Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten Erste Erfahrung mit Spracherkennung oder KI-basierter Transkription Interesse am Banken- und Beratungskontext Darüber hinaus bringst du mit: Teamfähigkeit und eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Feedback aktiv zu leben Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Projekt- und Teamsprache) Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
