Financial Accountant - PUMA
Looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team at PUMA as a Financial Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Independent creation and validation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local accounting standards
Close collaboration and competent contact person for internal and external stakeholders
Data preparation for group reporting
Creation of analytical target-actual comparisons
Assessment and processing of tax-relevant transactions including VAT returns and support during tax audits
Management of internal and external audits
Continuous development, standardization, and optimization of internal processes; ensuring process quality within the team and involvement in projects
Business administration degree, ideally with a focus on accounting and/or controlling, alternatively a qualification as a certified accountant with relevant professional experience
3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting
Good SAP knowledge and proficient in MS-Office applications
Good German and English language skills
Independent and team-oriented working style
High level of communication skills, commitment, initiative, and flexibility
