Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unseren Standorten Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main und Hamburg Consultants (m/w/d) im Bereich Transfer Pricing. Bei steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen gehst Du die Extrameile, hast einen wachen Blick auf die relevante Gesetzgebung und begleitest das Wachstum unserer Mandantinnen und Mandanten national und international. Du zeigst Wirkung und bewegst viel.


  • Du unterstützt in allen Bereichen der Verrechnungspreisberatung (von der Planung, über die Implementierung und Dokumentation bis zur Verteidigung von Verrechnungspreissystemen)
  • Du führst Markt-, Unternehmens- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für grenzüberschreitende Steuersachverhalte durch
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Beratung multinationaler Unternehmen bei der Neugestaltung ihrer Wertschöpfungskette und anderen Umstrukturierungen mit
  • Du erstellst steuerliche und ökonomische Gutachten und begleitest Betriebsprüfungen, Verständigungsverfahren und Advance Pricing Agreements (PPA)
  • Du bewertest immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter und analysierst Zinsen für Darlehen/Garantien

  • Du hast Dein Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre / Economics, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Rechtswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder wirst dieses zeitnah abschließen
  • Dein Interesse ist es, Dich mit der analytischen und strukturierten Bearbeitung komplexer, wirtschaftlicher Sachverhalte zu beschäftigen
  • Du interessierst Dich für internationales und nationales Steuerrecht, Industrieökonomie oder Wettbewerb und Regulierung und bist bereit, jeden Tag Neues zu lernen
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika in der Unternehmenspraxis (Steuerabteilung, Beratungsunternehmen) gesammelt
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) und zeichnest Dich durch Dein hohes Engagement aus
  • Deine guten analytischen Fähigkeiten, Dein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie Deine Bereitschaft, jeden Tag Neues zu lernen, hilft Dir dabei, auch komplexe Aufgabenstellungen zu bewältigen
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit und arbeitest routiniert mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
