You have a passion for influencer marketing? Are you excited about interacting with content creators, analyzing their metrics, and deepening collaborations on a personal level? Does the idea of genuinely helping people with our products motivate you? Then you could be a perfect fit for us


  • You are responsible for coordinating and collaborating with influencers/creators, from the initial contact and negotiations to KPI tracking and reporting.
  • You identify suitable influencers/creators, recruit them for your campaigns, and discuss their postings with them. Additionally, you maintain existing relationships and build a strong network.
  • You conceptualize, coordinate, and launch our campaigns with a focus on the Italian market.
  • You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing the campaigns (reach, engagement, ROI) and deriving actionable recommendations.
  • You observe developments and trends in the areas of social media and influencer/creator marketing.
  • You always think one step ahead because you know that collaboration with the right influencers/creators is a marathon, not a sprint.

  • You speak Italian at native level. Additionally, you have business-level proficiency in German or English (at least C1 level).
  • You have successfully completed a university degree, for instance in a business or scientific field.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in marketing for the Italian market – ideally, you also have some initial experience with influencers.
  • You enjoy generating actionable recommendations from quantitative analyses and discussing them with top management.
  • You are proactive and remain calm even when handling last-minute requests.
  • You are a team player known for your organizational talent and project management skills.
