What can you expect?
  • You drive the development of a strong, community-trend-oriented NPD plan, as well as the product strategy and portfolio management in close collaboration with the Brand Manager and Brand Director
  • You conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies, staying abreast of all the latest social media trends
  • You are responsible for the product briefings and the full product development in close exchange with our external suppliers in Italy and Germany
  • You manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and concept to go-to-market communication launch, monitoring performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer feedback, working closely with Marketing Teams, Design, and Operations
  • You have regular exchange meetings with the R&D departments of the suppliers, provide feedback on test samples, and ensure trendy, innovative, high-quality & quick product launches
  • You design global and local product launches & strategies to drive significant business growth and oversee all aspects of new product development, ensuring all related tasks are handled timely and qualitatively
What should you bring along?
  • You have successfully completed studies in business management/marketing or have product/project related professional experience
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience within product development of physical products
  • You possess knowledge of NPD processes and a trackable record of successful product launches
  • You are passioned about makeup and cosmetics and always updated about the latest trends
  • You are a strategic & conceptual thinker with creativeness and pragmatism, good analytical skills, and a very organized and structured way of working
  • You have good communication and presentation skills, are proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, a strong team player but able to work independently, and have very good written and spoken English and German skills
