Data Scientist / Mathematiker / Betriebswirt (m/w/d) mit quantitativer Ausrichtung zur Modellierung von Risikoparametern im Finanzwesen
- Weiterentwicklung der Modelle zur Schätzung der Risikoparameter PD, EaD & LGD
- Weiterentwicklung der internen Deckungsbeitragsmodelle
- Entwicklung weiterer steuerungsrelevanter Prognosemodelle
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Dokumentation der Modelle
- Überwachung der Schadens- und Profitabilitätsentwicklung
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Aufgaben und Projekten, bspw. im Rahmen des Planungsprozesses, der Erstellung der Unternehmensstrategie, des ICAAP oder der Modellvalidierung
- Ad-hoc-Bereitstellung entscheidungsrelevanter Informationen für den Vorstand
- Unterstützung bei internen Prüfungen, Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie der Kommunikation mit den Aufsichtsbehörden
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt im Finance
- Erfahrungen in der statistischen Modellierung, bspw. zur Schätzung der Risikoparameter PD, EAD und LGD oder bei der Erstellung makroökonomischer Szenarien
- Gute Kenntnisse aus mindestens einem der Themenfelder IFRS9, ICAAP, Deckungsbeitragssteuerung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in einer der Programmiersprachen SQL oder R sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamgeist sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenstellungen einzuarbeiten
