We arelooking for an experienced and driven HR professional who canprovide HR expertise and business partnership to a diverse group ofleaders and employees.

As HRManager you will lead 1/2 HRProfessionals and as HRBP you will be a trustedsparring partner to our Operations function in Germany tohelp your client group to achieve their business goals througheffective HR strategy and provide guidance as needed for effectivedecisionmaking.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

• Buildand maintain strong relationships to partner with leaders in ourOperations function to understand needs, challenges and goals totranslate into effective HR solutions in line with employment law,best practice, HR policies and DHR processes. Execute talentstrategies to grow associate development, leadership andorganizational capabilities while collaborating with key talentacross the supportedfunctions.

• Provide advice,guidance and coaching on a wide range of HR matters, includingtalent management, talent development, employee engagement,retention, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding,terminations, organizational development,diversity/equity/inclusion andcompensation.

• Develop andtrack daily & visual management related to key HR metrics(retention, development, DE&I etc.), analyze people and talentrelated data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis tosupport business decision-making. Partner with leaders to dive toroot cause, develop and execute appropriate countermeasures whereneeded.

• Partner closely withinternal interfaces (e.g. HR Delivery team and other HR COEs,Talent Acquisition Partners, local works council, etc.). Supervisea small HR team to ensure the delivery of state-of-the art HR BPsupport to the Operations functions in our German factories(Wetzlar and Mannheim).

• Workon various HR projects and support the continuousimprovement/digitalization of HR processes. Facilitate leadershipand other HR related trainings. Support, drive and implementgeneral site initiatives in collaboration with otherstakeholders.

YOURPROFILE

• University'sDegree and at least 5 years' experience in HR BusinessPartnering

• Strongunderstanding of HR best practices, legal compliance and talentmanagement principles

• Goodknowledge of German labor law and experience in working with workcouncils

• Ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at alllevels

• Excellentcommunication skills in German andEnglish

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

• afast-paced industrial environment with complex matrixstructures

• projectmanagement, process implementation and changemanagement
