Global Business Line Manager – Cybersecurity Assessment

AUFGABEN
  • Systemically develop the business line of Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing in close collaboration with the respective regions with clear market identification, service portfolio and sales approaches in alignment with the BU strategy
  • In the business line function, act as an interface to regional cybersecurity heads in defining the business line strategy and ensure synergies in service portfolio development & ensuring commercial success
  • Direct responsibility of building up the Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing Services in Germany based on the overall portfolio of the business unit including delivery and expansion of services in Germany
  • Develop a clear understanding of the target customer segments, personas, services that need to be offered and sales strategies to approach customer segments
  • Keep track of customer needs including but not limited to customers’ market demands, regulatory challenges and cyber risk assessments
  • Establish a delivery model for large projects based on service availability & competences in the different regions of the business unit
  • Constantly keep an eye on competitor trends, ensuring market positioning and identifying potential partnerships internally and with external partners for commercial success
  • Business interface as region Germany
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Graduation - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • Education related to cybersecurity, engineering or IT is a plus
  • Strong skills and solid experience in management and communication is a plus
  • Experience of working with Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) or technology industry is a plus
