• Very good knowledge of OpenSource technologies, especially in the areas of Linux, storage and backup.
• Practical experience in the operation and automation of secure and highly available Linux server farms.
• Know-how in the operation of modern infrastructure-as-code architectures based on K8s, Docker, git config management and metrics-based monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with colleagues and customers as well as strong decision-making skills.
