We are spread across both the B2C and B2B sides of the business, providing an end-to-end experience, for both candidates and recruiters alike. The Role This is a role for our B2C area of the business. We are looking for an exceptional & collaborative Senior User Researcher who will play a key role in the product development process, by generating insights that will drive product decisions & deepen our understanding of our users' needs, behaviours and motivations. With an innovative spirit and deep research expertise, you will help teams re-imagine and redefine an experience which has shaped an entire industry.
