Sales & Service Assistant (m/w/d)


  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind die Unterstützung der Standortleitung und der Mitarbeiter in strategischen und operativen Fragen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Vertriebs- und Serviceteams einschließlich der Bestellabwicklung.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Vertriebs- und Serviceangebote und -unterlagen und bauen persönliche Beziehungen zu wichtigen Ansprechpartnern bei Tochtergesellschaften innerhalb und außerhalb Europas auf.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Expats und Gäste, koordinieren administrative Abläufe und übernehmen weitere allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben wie die Erstellung von Statistiken, Auftragsabwicklung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Projektlisten (Forecasts/Rechnungen)
  • Außerdem optimieren Sie die Arbeitsabläufe mit den einzelnen internen Abteilungen.
  • Durch die unternehmensübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und die Unterstützung von Kundenaktivitäten lösen Sie tägliche Probleme, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen
  • Ihre Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Organisation von Firmenveranstaltungen des Standortes und die Unterstützung des Office Managements gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabengebiet.

  • Nach Abschluss Ihrer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung konnten Sie bereits 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
  • Industrieerfahrung ist erforderlich
  • Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift (Voraussetzung); idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse der japanischen Kultur und Sprache (optional)
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und ERP-Systemen
  • Eine ausgeprägte Zielorientierung in Verbindung mit Organisationstalent, schneller Aufgabenerledigung und Eigeninitiative zählen zu Ihren Stärken
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihr freundliches Auftreten, haben Spaß an Teamarbeit und sind aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ
  • Diese Position erfordert den Einsatz im Büro Dresden und gelegentliche Reisen
