pThe Senior Legal Counsel provides comprehensive legal support to teams across the company, ensuring compliance with Maltese and EU financial regulations. Responsibilities include contract management, management of legal disputes, as well as assistance to team members on legal matters. /pbr /p /pbr /pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pbr /ulliProvide legal support and advice while ensuring compliance with Maltese and EU financial regulations. /liliDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, TCs /liliProviding day-to-day legal support and training to different teams within the company /liliHandling of disputes and complaints that arise from time to time including attending court sittings and the preparation of judicial acts as the need arises. /liliAssisting the teams with contractual needs (suppliers and product offerings) /liliManage legal disputes and collaborate with external counsel. /liliPrepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. /li /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongQualifications and Experience: /strong /pbr /ulliBachelors degree in Law; Masters preferred. /liliA warrant to practice at the Maltese Courts of Justice shall be considered an asset /liliMinimum 3 years of legal experience ideally within the financial/payments space /liliKnowledge of Maltese and EU financial regulations is considered an asset /liliStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. /li /ulbr /p /pbr /pstrongPersonal Attributes: /strong /pbr /ulliResults-driven, flexible and comfortable with various duties that may change at short notice. /liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment. /liliStrong ethical standards and customer focus. /li /ulbr/br/Adress:
