Das erwartet dich bei uns

Als Web-Entwickler (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Entwurf und die Implementierung unserer Customer Care Solutions auf Basis von React und Spring Boot
Über GitLab-gesteuerte CI/CD-Pipelines stellst du deine Entwicklungen bei uns in der Azure Cloud bereit und berücksichtigst dabei Best Practices, insbesondere in den Bereichen Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit
Innerhalb eines agil arbeitenden Squads stimmst du dich eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen ab und verstehst es, die Problemstellungen unserer Stakeholder gemeinsam mit dem Team zu analysieren und in smarte Lösungen zu überführen
Über die Integration von Diensten aus anderen Fachbereichen ermöglichst du einen 360°-Blick auf alle für Customer Care relevanten Prozesse und berücksichtigst dabei wichtige Prinzipien in der Entwicklung von verteilten Systemen und Schnittstellen
Als Teil der ista-Community gestaltest du aktiv dein Arbeitsumfeld mit und teilst dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung mit deinem Chapter und deinen Peers, denn gemeinsam sind wir stark

Das bringst du mit
  • Du fühlst dich sowohl in der Frontend- als auch in der Backend-Entwicklung wohl
  • Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung mit einem modernen Frontend-Stack wie React oder vergleichbarem Framework, z. B. Vue oder Angular
  • Kenntnisse im Softwaredesign sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Programmiersprache Java sind erforderlich
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit virtualisierter Infrastruktur (K8S, Docker) sowie in CI/CD mit GitLab oder vergleichbaren Lösungen, z. B. Jenkins
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung innerhalb eines agilen Teams mit kurzzyklischen Release-Feedback-Loops und stetiger Verbesserung - Kaizen ist kein Fremdwort für dich
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
